How We Work //
Narratives are patterns of stories that carry and shape meaning.
They hold how we understand the past, how we make sense of the present, and what we believe is possible. Our approach is multidisciplinary by design. We ground our work in real experiences and collaborate with researchers, data scientists, designers, creatives, and people living the issues to recognize the patterns at work and design ways to shift them.
